I guess it might depend on what games you are playing but personally I would go with e8400 and the 9800GT 1gb SLI.Also if you are overclocking then there's no contest, the e8400 is a great cpu.could u help me please!
The 4850 is better than the 9800GT.
confused :( ur sayin 4850 is better he sayin 9800 is better so witch 1 ? i wanna no witch is accutly better no an opinoin but thanks and im thinkin im gonna go for the intel core 2 duo E8400
the 4850 is the better card.
Single cards I would agree that hd4850 would be better but I thought I read that you would have the 9800GT in SLI, which I would think is better than a single hd4850
Go for the 4850, it's a really good card. Between the processors it's up to you, the dual core would be better for games right now, but games are starting to use more than 2 cores, but that quad core is only 2.3 so I would still pick the dual core.
well i dont no alot about computer i just wanta computer wat will run games in high quality but i wonderin can u have 2 hd4850 or 9800 1gb? or do u have to have 512mb but the 9800 and hd4850 are the same price and for 1 gb its ? more so i was thinkin of 2 hd4850 1gb will that work? or 2 9800 1gb but it looks like im going for hd4850 but i might go for the quad core now. and the graphics cards i choose is neraly the same price same with the processer like ?0 for graphic card ?00 for processer
but wat if i had 2 hd4850 then would that be way better than 9800 is it SLI u say i dno wat it means but i think it means 2 graphics cards?
wat would be better intel core 2 duo E8400 or the intel core quad Q8200 and wat is better Novatech GeForce 9800GT SLI 1GB GDDR3 HDMI/DVI PCI-Express - Retail with PhysX, CUDA %26 3D Stereo i just copyed that from a website or Gainward ATI Radeon HD 4850 ''Golden Sample'' 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI copyed that to i just need 2 no witch is better out of the graphics card because there cheaper then other like ?0 so i was thinkin of get 2 and for the procsessor i just dno witch is better.
e8400
get the e8400
i5?
i5?
the reviews look great
i5 %26 core i7 870 look a bit great but still weaker then 920 D0 Stepping OC at 4.0/4.2Ghz anytime
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/intel_corei5750_corei7870/14.htm
Other alternative would be Looking if it more expensive to get Phenom II X4 955 + Cpu cooler then oc it 3.8Ghz with a 790FX motherboard
But if the Core i5 / core i7 870 reveal to cost less and perform as good when oc you may go with it
