Hi guys,,i bought this system 3years ago..specifications:DUAL CORE 3GHZ1GB RAMNVIDIA 6200 TURBOCACHE945 CHIPSETand now i gotmy holidays ,i want to play gta 4 n other fantastic games lyk prototype...etc.PLEASE SUGGEST ME A GUD CONFIG THAT`D ALLOW ME A DESCENT GAMING.i want to go for 2gb ddr 2 ram...and 9600gt 512mb and i want to change my processor as well ..to core2duo E7500...but i dont know if my mother board will support it or not!!AM CONFUSED...please help me with a gud config tat`d suit my system ...low range gpu
That won't be able to handle GTA IV good(I'm talking about the upgrade)...where do you live? Whats your budget? What Dual Core is your CPU? Use CPU-Z to know full details, also tell the exact specification of your motherboard and PSU(You need to open up your case to know that).low range gpu

with 200$and you live in india you can forget about all of these upgrades.you only and must upgrade GPU+RAM.

10k? No chance. The best prices in india can be found at http://lynx-india.com, but with only 10k you can get a good enough GPU to run GTA 4(GTS 250) on decent stuff, let alone RAM and CPU.
to quote jim raynor (despite me disliking blizzard entertainment): ''good hunting''. you can afford basicaly most higher end stuffs certainly not riding the curve but easily give my system a run for its money :P
