Alrighty kids i know this is a topic i prob could of found in some easy looking but its nice to discuss it sometimes! well questions are.i have a 4870 i know DX11 is comming out with windows 7. how are the specs on the 5 series and are they going to cost a arm and leg?sadly i had another question and completly forgot it :(a few PC hardware question for future gaming!
Ive heard that the 5870 will be 50% or so faster then the 4870 starting price $300 and you know its going to go up from supply and demand. Until we start seeing dx 11 games that prove themselves upgrading from a Nvidia 8800+ or ATI 4000 series wont be worth it until 6 months down the road. I would wait just because dx 11 might perform bably on these first generation cards or have heating issues.a few PC hardware question for future gaming!
