With your specs it should run incredibly smoothly.
Maybe your PSU doesn't have enough wattage. If that's the case, your hardware can't be powered to their full potential. Post your PSU brand and model.
i doubt that it's my PSU because mine is 750 W. Maybe i need to do upgrade again...
The GPU may be getting hot so increase the fan speed to 80% using Rivatuner which can be downloaded here http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner

Go to Nvidia's website and download the latest drivers for your operating system.
i already downloaded and install the latest driver. I'm going to try the rivatuner.
well no good... still it's going smoothly at the beginning and then the frame goes lag a bit.
so any other solutions please :(

Install the latest patch for the game. Just search FEAR here on Gamespot, then go to the downloads section and install the latest patch there. Download patch 1.08
that's more likely reasonable. I'm going to try it.
get a rog mars :P
sigh it appears that F.E.A.R. was already installed in latest patch... Other solutions..?
run fraps and tell me what fps ur getting.I have an identical system and i own every game no problem
hm i'm not good with telling fps. But i think at the beginning it's about 50~60 fps and after couple minues i mentioned, it went down maybe 30 fps.
Install Vista SP2
ok you cant tell fps with your eye. Download fraps and run it so that it appears in the corner. If you are getting 30 fps, something is wrong with ur pc, i get 30 fps in crysis. Which is around 20x as demanding as fear2.
