Need a new lappy..

Need one for school. I'm sure you guys get this a lot but hey that's what you're here for right? What I want:

• Has to be able to play Oblivion and if possible Fallout 3
• No brand preference
• Nothing over $800
• Good battery life
• Hardrive space isn't that important, as I have a pretty big portable HD.

Jk. It would run Oblivion fairly smoothly on medium.
The video card is the equivalent to a 9600gt, which actually isn't too bad. It'll be able to run those games fine.
That looks pretty good, I heard ASUS laptops are pretty solid. I would like something a little cheaper that compares to it. It's frustrating that my desktop can run all the new games and I built it cheaper than the laptop.
