Here goes my New RIG!!! *PICS*

Well guys it took 3 days to come, 1 day to build, 1 day to get a keyboard to do BIOS and 2 days to finish everything up. I totally love it, and I bought crysis also! Wow its fast, vista is great, all my games play amazingly! Thanks UltimateGamer for helping me find these on NewEgg. To everyone: I paid $974.00.Well, ive been busy to make this thread but here we go..AMD Phenom II, Nvidia XFX GTX 260, 4 GB of DDR2 RAM, ASUS Motherboard, CoolMAster Case, 750 PSU, and my new Cyborg Keyboard.Here it is when me and my brother were working on it, looks sickHere goes my setupFrom another point of viewOh i drew that.and a little bit of crysis, running on Ultra High Mod, 40-55 FPS.If anybody wants to play with me, my Steam name is Wallonthefloor.Here goes my New RIG!!! *PICS*

and get a better monitor asap since you'r thing is likely overkill for 1280x1024 ;) and if you ad wait while you'd have HD5870 by October on store for 299$ or 5850 at 199$ rumoured price and first DX11 GPU but Either way it a nice setup that need a better monitor :P

very sweetbut do yourself a favour, get a new monitor. i went from a 17 inch 1280 by 1024 to 22 inch 1920 by 1080 and the difference was incredible. i got mine for 185 euro, so theyre not too expensive
lol i would say same jpph i so moved from my 1280x1024 17 inch to 24 inch 1920x1200 and i won't turn back :D paid 300$CAD For T240 Rose black of samsung it good quality tough all like Those monitor it as viewing angle that suck a bit hopefully in future we get stuff as E-IPS / better on 24 inch +
I am on a 19' widescreen. I find it personally fine for myself. I am sure bigger would be better though, but that would just be reckless spending on my part.
if it 1440x900 it 1280x1024 but 16:9 i think so for most of 19 inch monitor : but in future with new game you should maybe get ur self something like 1680x1050 / 1920x1200 or plug it on ur HDTV if you have onecause you sure have a nice rig luminousLight :)something that should play smoothly 1680x1050 at very least
wtf !? how can you run crysis on ultra high @ 40-55 fps when i have a gtx 275 and an i7 +6gb ram and can only get aroung 20-25fps?

Nice decent priced machine you built there, I'd suggest you to get a widescreen monitor. 19''-24'' would be fine...Monitors are really getting cheap these days.Look around here http://www.overclock.net/online-deals/ for some good deals on monitors.

Crysis adds edge AA when set to Very High anyway. It may not look quite as good other AA techniques, but it's definitely good enough. It'll allow you to force 16xAF and High Quality in your video cards control panel, and will increase your framerates dramatically.
