fair share usage

What would you guys and girls say is fair in download rates because my broadband got cut off from bt because i downloaded 60gb of stuff. so what do you people think is a fair rate and also could anyone provide a good broadband provider. Thanks inadvancefair share usage
The fair rate is whatever they want it to be, they can just make it up. Virgin won't cut you off but they throttle a lot and any P2P downloading between 4pm and 12pm gets you throttled so much you might as well be disconnected.fair share usage
yeah i was thinking about getting virgin but i cant get cable in the area that i live in so do you know any other good provider thanks agian.
If you can't get cable Sky would be the first place i'ld look, if you get the full package with TV, phone and broadband you can get some great deals and cause it's satalite it's available everywhere
