1: Probably, cant say for sure though (Crytek will hopefully make a DX11 optimized patch,,,,in my dreams)
2: Again, probably. The official specs haven't been released yet let alone benchmarks.
3: That depends on what resolution your wanting to game at, if your monitor is bigger than maybe 20'' then 2 GPU's is the way to go for them games.
4: Currently the GTX275 and the 4890 would be good choices but i would suggest waiting for the new ATI cards coming out soon.
