so I just moved from Colorado back to Texas... and had to leave my monitor behind for a couple of horrible reasons. but now that Im shopping for a new monitor it seems there way to many to pick from unfortunately which makes it hard for me to decide on which one I wanna buy.Im looking for a monitor that will at least bare minium output to 720p, true Widescreen, great color ratio and a fairly low responce time since I tend to play alot of fast paced games and I hate ghosting. i prefer samsung but I heard LG are making good monitors . my videocard is DVI only also. any suggestions would be great. thank youneed help picking a new monitor
You have a budget?Edit: What's your video card too? So I can know what resolution would best be fitted for your card. Playing at native resolution is usually preferred.need help picking a new monitor
I think someone said IPS Panels are best.
We need a budget, otherwise we can thow out some random monitor like this one; or even a $2K+ one and you don't want that.
Dell 2209WA. Since you said you wanted true wide screen (16:10). It's the best 22 inch monitor out there.
sorry i totally spaced checking this until nowI have a XFX PCI-E Geforce 7950and a budget I honestly dont want to spend more then 300 bucks on a monitor thou if it large enough i wont mind it... the bigger the monitor the better tbh.
I bought a Hanns-G 28'' a couple of months ago. They go for $309 on newegg right now. Winner of 5 Customer Choice Awards.I would not have bought this brand normally but I saw the smaller version at a friend's house and was impressed with it in person. It's got better specs than my old VewSonic VX2025wm. 3ms response, 1920x1200, HDMI. The ViewSonic is now my secondary monitor.
nice monitor tbh. I was about to complain for lack of a DVI port but seeing how it comes with a DVI to HDMI cable I cant really complain. slightly over what i wanna pay BUT for a 28 inch monitor thats not a bad price at all. Thanks for the recommandation but anyone else got a recoomandation
