Never buy from XFX.

Their service is the biggest joke ever. I cant find a phone number to call, and i sent the support a message a week ago. No response and no phone number. They leave you out to die. Its really stupid. If anyone is building a Pc go for EVGA.Never buy from XFX.
Ill take that into considerationNever buy from XFX.
I had no issue contacting them, and their service is fast and good. It all depends on what time you contact them too.
Back in late 2007 my 7600gs took a power surge through my old crt monitor, contacted them that evening got someone an hour later through their site asked them questions about how to send in the card etc etc. They got the card 4-5 days later checked it decided it was bad and sent me a new on the same day and with 3 day ups service and no charge besides me shipping the card to them. And they have a number too you got to look.. but its not toll free, http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_20020821_4517.html
I wont use any other brand but theirs because of their service and warranty.

Send a follow-up message, and if you didn't leave them a detailed email (preferably including a model number and serial number) do so this time around.
I have no experience with XFX or EVGA, but at least EVGA operates out of the United States, I'd imagine that would make their service a bit more accessible.
Oh there is a phone number, why isnt it on the XFX website? Because their corperation is a joke. Another day gone by with no response. trust me , they have a good warrenty, but to claim it you must go through way too much.
evga is awful, they are nice when you first meet them, but they are complete jerks if you get to know them. Long story short, they treated me like crap, I started their mega f@h team, banned for no reason(I aksed for a false rma number, seriously that is the whole story) and they banned me from their forum. And took all my credit out for starting it, and none of the workers including Joe Darkwin cared. They really are big jerks.
as far i heard of PC shop such as sprintcomputer in ottawa : from people : XFX here in north america are GREAT people who honor there Lifetime Warranty Contract and the possiblity to Transfer the Ownership to someone in north america for the lifetime warrantyanyway By judging what i seen in Several Coutry Such as Australia : france : UK : Germany : Russia : Pakistan : Singapore : There is no known MajorBrand as big as XFX/EVGA That As Lifetime Warranty in GPU : it Even lot of Brand of DDR2/DDR3 memory in those Country that aren't Lifetime Warranty but 5 year which is good anywayI have a Visiontek HD4870x2 From Canada : and I heard of people unable to REgistere there 4870x2 On there website which is True. I haven't got Able that I don't know if my Visiontek will not get is Lifetime Warranty : But I may Sell that 4870x2 at a good price if possible to get Two 5870 / One 5870x2 to get DX11 Feature

Yeah, I have been less than impressed with eVGA's customer service.

I have very little problem with XFX, luckily I have never had to RMA anything to them, but once when I was having issues (it was the motherboard, not GPU) they offered to RMA the card just to rule it out. I do recall one time that I opened a support ticket with XFX, they did not respond to it for a few days, so I just re-submitted it. They were very apologetic, and took care of me immediately. This sorta stuff is gonna happen with technology. Just re-submit your question, I expect all will be ok.
Asus has the hands down, no contest worst support of any company I've ever needed support from. If you ever have problems with an Asus product just return it if you can or throw it out if you must and go with another company. That's not an exaggeration, just do it and save yourself the hassle.

I was impressed with the web support XFX gave me. I asked a few questions about my XFX GPU and they responded promptly with good answers.

EVGA also seems like they're alright. Their support site is great at least. Thankfully I haven't had to request support from them so I can't say if the actual support is of the same quality as the support site.

Agreed and TC... They all have crap service.

Also I love your sig:

''So what, it took your bullet 1 extra second to hit the wall. Thats not lag.It took Jesus 3 days to respawn. Now THAT is lag my friend.''

I've had rather good support with ASUS tbh, but then again that's because they are in Fremont and I am very close to them. Maybe if you have international support you are screwed, but I wasn't. I totally trashed my laptop, I soldered stuff onto it, and did so much modding to it, and then the power cord to power on the laptop broke, and you had to do a very complex way to start it up. Asus was so nice infact, they took my laptop, replaced the whole motherboard, got a new shell for the laptop and then sent it away. I've also had an incompatibility issue with 3 graphics cards in my asus maximus formula, and they got their tech team to make a computer with the exact same specs as me to test it. That was awesome support.
hmm but arent xfx the guys with the lifetime warranty?
finding a number is hard, but theyre the **** best. no questions asked they replaced my gpu
