They are both the same price and they both seem to have identical features. It doesn't really matter which one you go with, but here I'll make the descision for you go with the P6TD Deluxe.

If I was to do a proper research on the mobo before buying it, I wouldn't have bought the p6t deluxe v2.My advice is read enough reviews and forum posts on it before buying.

im reading everywhere on forums for 15 days day and night... As you are using this mobo, does it have any disadvantages?
I can think of 1 good reason not to get it.This mobo is known for issues recognizing the whole of the memory, quite often one or a few of the memory slots will not detect the memory stick no matter what frequency. This seems to be happening to quite a lot of people to be just coincidence, and if you visit the asus forum you will see there's no solution to this other than having it replaced. The problem is as it seems a lot of people still have the same issues even with the replacement. It did happened to me as well, I had it replaced and now sometimes 2 of the memory slots detect the memory sometimes they don't. So sometimes I have 12gb others 8gb. Quite a pain, but I can't be bothered chasing them anymore, I'll just wait and get a new one.In case you're wondering I did update the bios, checked the sticks in another pc, tweaked the bios settings and what not.Hope this helps.
he could maybe instead go with an MSI X58 PRO or gigabyte EX58-Extreme or DFI Lanparty DK X58-T3eH6 for overclocking / performances
But if he want to be getting what seem to be on the top of everything : overclocking : ram : stability : performances : X58 Evga

The force is strong within this one.
next time, give me links to the mobo specs please, im a lazy boyanyway:the T V2 offers much more RAM speeds (PC3-8500 PC3-10666, PC3-12800, PC3-14400, PC3-16000) over the D (PC3-8500).the T V2 offers compabality with a floppy drive (34 pin IDE) the D doesn'tconclusion:only get the T V2 if you have high speed ram or you are planning on overclocking your RAM, or if you want to use a floppy drive.
otherwise get the D, it will be sufficient.I personelly would get the T V2, but that's because I have most of my DOS/BIOS software on floppy drives and for the future the higher RAM speeds could become usefull.thank you

We muct choose from the P6T Deluxe V2 QVL list. Im goin to have Corsair Dominator 6GB, its in the list. thanx.
Are youtalking about the differences between version 1 and version 2 of the P6T Deluxe? The V2 has SAS controller removed from the board since Asus stopped using that vendor. That's the only difference. V1 has the SAS controller, V2 doesn't.
