Questions about pc to hdtv connection

I'm thinking of hooking my pc (8800 gt 512,dual core proc.) to my hdtv.My tv has both vga and hdmi connections.Should I use a dvi to hdmi cable or would vga be good enough? Also, would the quality of the picture be at least as good as an xbox360?The tv is 32'' with a 1366x768 res.Just looking to do some gaming from the sofa and dont know if it is worth it to run cables from the pc or if I should just break down and buy a console. One more question, will using both outputs of my video card slow it down any?I was going to have my monitor hooked up at the same time.Questions about pc to hdtv connection
Just so you know, you will also need to hook up an audio cable because NVIDIA doesent send out audio through their HDMI ports.Questions about pc to hdtv connection

Yeah I knew I had to run an audio cable,it was the quality of the video that concerned me.I'll try the dvi to hdmi then. Thanks for the info.
