Suggestions before I order

*SNiiiif* Ahhh, nothing like the smell of a new build. I've built before and my now old rig is getting, erhm old so I'm building from scratch and any suggestions are welcome, I have all the parts picked out and ready to order but I'd never order without some more opinions. Also this is Canadian dollars, FYI and any recommendations would be welcomed with a link to the part at NCIX.com, where I am ordering from. Keep in mind I am on a budget so anything too expensive is out of the question, I am near the peak of my budget now as it is.Processor: Core i5 (Pretty much Adamant on this choice, not changing)RAM: 4GB OCZ GoldMobo: Gigabyte P55M (This is where i could use some suggestions)Video card: GTX 275 (I know DX11 around the corner but unless they release some fantastic budget card [which they don't seem to be] then they aren't getting my money)Case: Cooler Master Storm ScoutPSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W (Don't plan to OC, don't plan to SLI/Xfire, 600W should be enough for what I need, unless theres a better one for a similar price, but I'm not going much higher in price than this)OS: Vista with 7 upgradeDVD Drive: LG drive Monitor: LG W2242TQ 22 Inch (suggestions welcome here also, something for around the same price.)
Any suggestions welcome, maybe something I forgot? Don't mention the DX11 cards, I know they are on the way and I feel comfortable with a GTX 275 until they release a budget DX11.Thanks in advance.Suggestions before I order

ATI's new card will only be 200 and is better than anything out right now, so in my opinion I would wait.

Actually the 5850 will be $300 I believe

400 - 5870 1 GB
