4870X2 give me BSOD. what shall i do with it?

apart from using it as a paper weight :Pi was going to crossfire it but dont know why i left it for so long. i bought it second hand so i dont have the box or cables. can i call powercolor for a replacement?4870X2 give me BSOD. what shall i do with it?

i live in the UK btw so its going to be fair bit to post

In all seriousness, I have seen graphics cards with missing capicators, look online for a picture of one, and compare it to yours.

I was about to say the same thing but then i saw his sig :P
It also could be a driver issue, either update or rollback your drivers to see if that fixes the issue.

nah these are parts that i have found while tidying up my room. i build and sell a lot of computers so i buy parts when i see them on a sale. if i never use them they just get end up in a corner somewhere. so im really not bothered if they dont work

if you need one i salvaged about 700 bucks in electronics parts out of a 1995 projection TV the other day(and a huge lense that blows up 2 by 4s) and i can give you just about any size capacitor you need. it was an HTM tv so it had very complicated boards.
Try it on another computer? if it doesn;t work, check for the oven trick
