Graphic Card Help!...

Hey, i want to ask whatis it better and stronger and faster for me to buy a 2 GTX 275 SLI, or just buy 1 GTX 295? also im not going to wait for the new series i want to buy now... so please dont give me that you better wait thing. Also is getting a 2x GTX 285 SLI, is going to be better than the GTX 295? i want to play Crysis with at least 34- 36 FPS.Graphic Card Help!...
GTX 285 sli and GTX 275 SLIis faster and better than GTX 295. GTX 285 SLI is fastest then GTX 275 IS SECOND FASTEST, then GTX 295 would be the slowest of the three.Graphic Card Help!...
Well my sli'ed 8800 GT's which is pretty much equal to a GTX 260.And I get an average 40 fps at 1650x1050, I would think a single GTX 260 or 275 would do the job. But also depends on amount of ram you have,Cpu, and if your running Vista or Xp.
The GTX295 is 2x GTX260's in SLI,,,so if you SLI 2x GTX275's they are obviously going to perform better.
so the best thing is to get 2x GTX 285 right?
so the best thing is to get 2x GTX 285 right?
well the GTX285 are only slightly better than the GTX275's but cost considerably more, i suggest 2 GTX275's in SLI as you will get much better price/performance.

Basically its really bad price/performance.
Okay How About two of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130479%26cm_re=evga_gtx_275-_-14-130-479-_-Product ?

Personally i suggest getting just the basic cheapest GTX275's, maybe pay a little more for a name like BFG or EVGA or XFX...because they offer decent warranties. You can always just overclock them yourself.

Thing is i dont know how to overclock at all... and also im getting it EVGA? is better? or BFG is better or even XFX? and also thats why im getting the overclocked one.
I wouldnt bother sli'ing GTX 260 or better. Unless you are playing 1920x1080 or higher. At 1650x1050 or lower a single GTX 260+ will handle crysis just fine.

Well the overclocked models will only add anothe 2-5fps or something minimal so dont feel like your loosing out on much.

Although I wouldn't suggest it. But hey it looks like you have money to blow so go for it.

But why spend an extra $200 for one game that even my poor old 8800GT's in sli can run on high at 1650x1050...
